Understand the training

What it is and who it's for.

This four-hour hands-on course covers wheelchair securement and lift operation procedures in accordance with CTAA standards. Led by a CTAA-certified PASS Trainer, participants leave with the practical skills and knowledge to safely, professionally, and respectfully transport passengers who use wheelchairs and mobility devices.

Who it's for: NEMT owners, operators, and drivers — new hires getting certified for the first time, and current staff renewing a two-year credential.

Please note: NEMT Standard is not CTAA. We are a CTAA-certified instructor organization authorized to deliver this training on behalf of CTAA. The certificate issued is a legitimate CTAA credential.

Capped at six students

More hands-on time and direct instruction for every participant.

Certificates are submitted directly to whoever requires proof — accepted by insurance brokers, facility contracts, and industry partnerships.
